Tamsin Fast leads the global compliance program at Aramark, a leading provider of food, facilities and uniform services to education, healthcare, business, sports, leisure, and corrections clients. Tamsin and her team protect the integrity of Aramark and its clients with an emphasis on promoting an ethical, inclusive culture and providing field-focused tools for Aramark’s 200k+ front-line team members.
Prior to assuming her compliance role in 2017, Tamsin led the employment law team at Aramark and practiced law at Morgan Lewis, where she received recognition in Chambers USA. She is a graduate of NYU School of Law and the University of Pennsylvania.
Tamsin serves on the Board of Advisors of the Center for Compliance and Ethics at the Temple University Beasley School of Law and is a member of the Forum of Executive Women. Active in the arts community, she serves on the Board of Trustees for the Pennsylvania Ballet and plays the violin with the all-volunteer Lansdowne Symphony Orchestra. She lives in Philadelphia with her husband and two sons.
