Director, Global Compliance, Kimberly-Clark
Jeremy Wilson is the Director of Global Ethics and Compliance for Kimberly-Clark’s award-winning Ethics and Compliance program. In this capacity he oversees the strategy and implementation of the program with a special focus on training, communications, policy management, risk assessment and Agile methodology. Kimberly-Clark’s Ethics and Compliance program has been recognized numerous times by the Ethisphere as one of the World’s Most Ethical companies.
Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark, Mr. Wilson built and led Ethics and Compliance programs for Wells Fargo, Cisco Systems and Hilton Hotels.
Mr. Wilson began his Ethics and Compliance career at the Boeing Company in Seattle, WA as an Ethics Advisor working on both the commercial and defense contracting sides of the company. Prior to joining the Boeing Ethics group, Mr. Wilson worked in various areas of Finance including: Revenue Management, Accounting, Estimating, Contract Management and Procurement.
Mr. Wilson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Management from Brigham Young University – Hawaii, a Master’s degree in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Seattle University.
